In my location bar, location address is shown according to movement of position of user and his/her friend

DISCOVERY ------------------ a.
Nearby people get discover (whether they are friend or not) b.
User can contact to discovered people using any of the communication media - Text message, Phone or Email c.
User is given facility to disable their discovery, so that they cannot be tracked by others who is not his/her friend d.
Distance between the discoverd people and user is shown, with the last active time of discovery.
